Who are we?
Hedgehog Football Academy, established in February 2022, is the first Chinese-founded youth professional football training institute, aimed to promote the healthy development of Kiwi kids aged 5 to 11. Hedgehog Football has incorporated associated supplementary modules in order to "bring more New Zealand youngsters to professional football training." Sports interest cultivation, professional physical reserve training, and introductory technical practise are examples of these.
We have established outside training sites in key districts of Auckland since our inception. We have grown to become one of Auckland's most popular young football training facilities, with more than 200 pupils.
Our core values
Professional Our senior trained coaches will guide the young players through professional football training and introduce them to competition-level abilities.
Healthy We offer tailored training programmes for various trainees, as well as physical reserve training, to assist trainees in developing their physique while undergoing scientific instruction.
Happy Our teaching style is vibrant and fascinating, and it has the potential to foster and enhance players’ enthusiasm in sports. We also hold exciting practical training sessions on a regular basis so that players may build confidence and satisfaction in practise.
Our Mascot
Paoro, our mascot, has also been born! It will accompany our institute and players to grow, we believe you will love him!
